Project description

First of all, in the design of this villa, we sought to find a suitable answer to the fundamental question of how to approach new architectural approaches while avoiding valuations based on nostalgia, which only ends in temporary and fleeting feelings. A solution was found to revive and use elements that have become obsolete due to the expansion of mass production or reasons related to the economy and the market. The design of this villa involved three major challenges. First, the way residents interact and according to their need for a different sensory experience compared to houses that may be only for vacations. Second, the dynamic dialectic between the villa and the context Third, creating proper and suitable circulation for the user who wants to have an office as well as the resident of that villa. The ever-increasing volume of Mazandaran villas is not only an escape from the crowd, but also indicates a suitable and fun enthusiasm that hosts vacations and good times for the residents. The vitality of the inner program hidden in the villa and the desire to roam and explore-curiosity-discovery. -Different entanglements-intertwining inside and outside are all good excuses to create an active and mysterious atmosphere. In the facade of this villa, there is a continuous element in its facade that prevents the facade from being separated, and also the eye follows a continuity and prevents the vision from escaping.Using the combination of boxes and placing them right next to each other has created a suitable full and empty space in this villa. With the installation of a swimming pool and water falling from the ceiling, it has helped to create a natural atmosphere and get a good sense of nature. Space The lushness of the site forced the architect to use white facade material to better show the villa in that space.
